We abide by the “Humanity Over Vanity” policy. If your dog is severely matted, brushing it out can be extremely painful and damaging to the skin. In these cases, we will have to shave the coat short to start fresh. We will always try to contact you first to discuss this. Please note that an extra “matted dog fee” may apply due to the extra time and wear on our equipment.
